Our Ministry

LUCHA Ministries engages in four specific areas of Christian ministry:

• Networking and Partnering Ministries. LUCHA Ministries identifies and works with community partners who serve the Latino population, such as area churches and associations, social service agencies, local schools, and city and county police departments.

• Human Needs Ministries. LUCHA Ministries addresses personal and family needs, providing such things as clothing assistance, donated home furnishings, medical equipment and school supplies, translation services, and emergency assistance to needy families.

• Spiritual and Evangelistic Ministries. Our ministry offers various worship and Bible study opportunities and special activities throughout the Christian year, as well as pastoral care and counseling as needed.

• Community Advocacy Ministries. LUCHA Ministries serves as a voice for Latinos within the larger English-speaking community, specifically among employers, service providers, property and apartment owners, church groups, school administrators and teachers, and local government officials.
